SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
Providing a safer environment for our guests and employees is our top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel employees), and wearing face coverings whenever you're on site.
ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS & HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
In keeping with Cardiff Hall Luxury Vacation Apartments Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
- Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and stairs as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public areas.
- Temperature screening required for all entering guest and employees.
All our staff has been properly trained as to enhance cleaning protocols, in addition to constant training on related topics such as proper use of chemicals and cleaning processes in the rooms and public areas.
Full Housekeeping service will be provided to all guestrooms.
In the public areas in addition to our regular cleaning process; we added staff in charge of only disinfecting all high touch point throughout the hotel with special focus on the lobby area, stairs and bathrooms; ensuring that all table tops, Front Desk counter, entrance handles, bathroom faucets, sTahir railings and more are constantly disinfected through the day.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
- Pool: Open 24 hours.
Every guest must have negative COVID test within 72 hours of check-in. Please note that various countries are requiring negative COVID-19 test results for passengers to re-enter to their country of origin, or final destination. For those travelers who are required by government regulations or would like to take a COVID-19 test before returning home, Cardiff Hall Luxury Vacation Apartments, is able to provide on site testing upon request. As requirements can vary as to time needed for test prior to re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination. Any signs or symptoms must be reported immediately. The safety and well-being of our guests and our associates are of paramount importance to us and our staff is ready and available to assist you.
